TAG Sports North West is a trusted sports club for children in Lancashire, providing high-quality coaching across primary schools, holiday football camps, nurseries, and community football.

With 15+ years’ experience and long-standing relationships with schools and sports organisations across the Ribble Valley, we’re proud to offer a consistent provision from experienced coaches.

What we do - school, holiday, and community activities

TAG Sports delivers seven key services across Lancashire:

School PE & after-school clubs

Professional, reliable PE provision and fun after-school sports sessions across KS1 and KS2. Bespoke programmes built around your school.

TAG Tots

Energetic, engaging early-years football for children aged 18 months to three years. With small groups and friendly coaches, grown-ups are welcome to stay and cheer tots on.

One of the most popular early-years football sessions in Lancashire, Pre-Wolves is a feeder for Clitheroe Wolves football teams, with a total of 120 children attending weekly. Designed for pre-school, Reception and Year 1.

Football camps

Helping parents out with action-packed holiday camps at Roefield 3G pitches. Skill sessions, tournaments, big-name visitors and a brilliant atmosphere children want to return to.

1–1 football coaching

Personalised sessions for ages 5–14 to build technique, confidence, and game understanding. Tailored to your child by experienced football coach Lucas, with flexible times available.

Nursery visits

Fun sessions for nurseries across the area, covering the fundamentals of sport – movement, balance, coordination, and early physical skills.

Sports birthday parties

Stress-free sports parties for up to 25 children – choose from football, dodgeball, glow sports and more. Medals for all plus a trophy for the birthday child.

Tom and his team create such a welcoming, supportive environment where the kids feel confident to express themselves and just enjoy playing football. My little boy is only 5, and I was a bit unsure at first how he’d settle into a team environment, especially with quite a large group of boys. But the coaches have been incredible from the very start.

They are patient, encouraging, and really understand how to work with young children. Every session is well organised, fun, and full of energy, which keeps all the kids engaged and excited to take part. It’s clear they focus not just on football skills, but also on building confidence, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.

What really stands out is how they make sure every child feels included and supported, regardless of ability. My son has grown in confidence so much since joining, and he always looks forward to training.

I couldn’t recommend the coaches highly enough—they’ve created such a positive and welcoming environment for the children to learn and enjoy football.

He started with Tom at pre wolves and then continued onto tag sports holiday club! My son has to attend every session in the holiday and refuses to miss any! He’s always so excited to go and so happy when he comes home. Tom and the team are amazing with all the children. Teaching them different skills but also having lots of fun. Thank you to all! Layla started training with Tom at 5 years old and Tom made such a difference to the start of her footballing life. She throughly enjoyed every single session.
We used to say in her team that you could tell which girls had come up through Toms wildcat sessions.
Layla also really enjoys coming to TAGs holiday clubs and has recently had the pleasure of meeting lioness Ellen White there!
Tom always has the most positive attitude and you can tell that he and the others who work with him throughly enjoy what they do.
